Argentina & Chile

It's all about the Argentina and Chile!!! They both have a very diverse businesses in industrial and agricultral sectors. Argentina has just come out of their historical economy bust in 2001 and now facing some problems with inflation. Chile's exports account for 40% of their GDP with copper being 1/3 of their gov. revenue. They also have a great wine industry, which can't be a bad place to visit.

Dinner. Survey says: Rotini pasta in lemon caper cream sauce, Penne pasta in marinara sauce w/ grilled vegetables, Italian meatballs & sausage, Cucumber-tomato-bell pepper salad, garlic bread. Wow, that's a mouthful! I can't really add much more to that detailed menu. I'm not a big cream or capers fan, but it was still good. I preferred the penne with marinara. The meatballs & sausage were the only "meats". They were decent, but the meatballs were kinda....IKEA like. I never had the Swedish meatballs that IKEA sells, but I'd imagine this is what they taste like. It was bad. They were just very......generic.
