The Grilled Veggies!

Yup, these are the grilled veggies that we have. A classmate got the recipe for these, so I told him that I'd post it the next time we have the veggies...so I could take a picture of it. Without further ado, here's the recipe for this:

Any type of Root Vegetables, Zucchini, Asparagus, etc.
Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Season with El Gacho mix,
which is Salt, Pepper, Garlic and finely crushed Rosemary.
Toss well. Place single layer on sided cookie sheet and roast
in 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes(until golden brown)
or barbecue on grill until tender.

  1. Boo, I don't like this plater personally. I can only stand Zucchini and Asparagus if they're hot not cold...egad bring back a good old green salad.
