This quarter is going by fast! Midterms are already upon us, and finals are just around the corner. Then, it'll be Quarter 5, and we'll be that much closer to graduating. Oh man, I can't wait!
Dinner: chicken dijon, wild rice pilaf, house green salad, mediterranean style vegetables, dinner rolls. The chicken was okay, and the sauce definately helped. The rice was nice. I liked the onions, carrots, and peas? or whatever veggies in there to spruce it up. The veggies, salad, and roll are similar to what we have had before.
