Yup, this was the last class day of our 3rd quarter. This was the big half way mark. The time has gone by fairly quickly, which I guess is good. I still feel like I'm drinking from a fire hose at times, but overall I've learned much and glad I'm in the program. I can't even imagine the stress I was in during this time since I'm stressed about our class now!
Dinner: Chicken, Beef, & Vegetarian Taco Bar with beans, rice, and corn muffins. Well, what can I say....tacos aren't my favorite food, but they were okay. Oh, I remember the corn muffins thought. Those were excellent! I belive I ate 3 of them. mmmmm....
